Your story stays under your control.
Each intake requires a name and working email address or phone number so the advocacy group can validate the response. Identifying information is not included in public pattern reports without permission.
Protect children
Use initials or roles instead of children’s full names. Do not upload confidential court, child-welfare, medical, school, or therapy records through a public form.
Separate permissions
Permission to contact you is different from permission to use de-identified information. The forms ask separately, and “no” is available.
No automatic publication
An intake is not a public story, media release, lawsuit, or authorization to publish identifying facts.
Safe contact matters
You may identify unsafe methods, times, names, phone numbers, or message subjects. Those limits guide follow-up.
Legal deadlines: Submitting a form does not notify a court, agency, attorney, or emergency service and does not stop or extend any deadline.
